The primary focus of the practice of law at the Deaner Law Firm is civil litigation, which is to say that we are primarily trial attorneys. We go to court for the benefit of our clients on a variety of matters involving multiple areas of law. Our aim is to get the best result we can for our clients by fighting hard in court proceedings either to get a positive verdict or settlement.
Commercial Litigation
Commercial litigation is a sub-category of Civil Litigation (described above) of disputes between parties to a business arrangement in a contract or commercial enterprise. The Deaner Law Firm has a storied history and a team of talented litigators who aggressively pursue prosecution and defense of cases on behalf of commercial litigants.
Collections
Creditors have the right to vigorously pursue collection efforts against debtors who fail to repay their debts. At the Deaner Law Firm, our attorneys have extensive experience protecting the interests of consumer and commercial lenders.
